Tera Roberts, Director of Adult Services

 

Tera Roberts has been the Director of Adult Services for Orange Grove Center since March 2008. She is responsible for adult day services which include ITC, ACT, and the John F. Germ Recycling Center.

Tera maintains all responsibilities of the Employment Supports, and aids in the adult training programs. Tera has also worked as a coordinator and job developer for Orange Grove Center. She helped develop the new Community Supports department, supervised employment and personal assistance programs, and developed community partnerships for employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.

Prior to working at Orange Grove, Tera was a founder and managing partner for The Youth Advantage in Ringgold, GA. She also worked as a health specialist technician at River's Crossing.

Tera graduated from the University of Georgia as a Presidential Scholar. She also obtained her masters in Public Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
