A therapeutic dining area provides a quieter, more peaceful environment, with a small food service area and rooms for individuals with specialized dietary needs. A nourishing breakfast is provided daily through the school breakfast program. All meals are reviewed by the Registered Dietitian and modified for medical nutrition therapy and special diet needs as prescribed by the physician.
The "tray du jour" menu is planned for reimbursable meal program requirements (National School Lunch Program and the Child and Adult Day Care Program), and the a la carte line sells a variety of foods on a cash basis.
