 OGC's Linda Romans is scheduled to perform an array of tunes at White Oak Baptist Church on Friday, November 16 at 7:30 p.m.
Romans has been with Orange Grove since 1969, beginning as one of 22 students in the Center's pilot project for blind students. She has lent her voice to the choir and other groups at the Center for over 20 years, including an all-girls blind quartet, in which members received accolades of potential record deals. Currently, she can be heard performing solos as part of the OGC Chorus, which has performed for audiences of all kinds throughout Chattanooga and other areas.
Her performance will include gospel, Broadway hits, Latin sounds, folk-art songs, and more.
