Ed Szelengiewicz (middle) and Jerry Young (right) of the Knights of Columbus, Council 14079, recently presented a check to Kyle Hauth, Executive Director of Orange Grove Center. Their contribution will go toward providing and continuing services for individuals with intellectual disabilities at the center.
Council 14079 is located in Soddy Daisy, and was formed by the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. The Council is one of many branches throughout Tennessee that also support their sponsored charity, the M. R. Foundation of Tennessee, which raises funds for persons with intellectual disabilities.
Knights of Columbus, Council 6099 also presented a check to Orange Grove Center, and plans to continue their support with another check presentation in the near future. Council 6099 has consistency made contributions to the center as part of its plight to serve individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
