 The Tyber Building Fund is in honor of Jackie Tyber, who resided in an Orange Grove retirement home until his passing in 2004. The
Tyber
Building, located on the Orange Grove campus, is dedicated to Jackie’s parents and was his home for many years.
This building now houses a program which helps transition individuals into work settings and training programs in the
Chattanooga community. An initial grant of $100,000 has been received and is being used in the beginning phase of renovations, and additional funds are being sought to complete the project.
